Born Brows create unique cosmetic tattoo treatments that meet the needs of our clients to ensure a look that is personalised & tailored to your preferences.

We provide specialist services based on the below terms and conditions. We require all our clients to agree to the terms and conditions set out below for all services.

In utilising any service at Born Brows, you are confirming to have read and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

DEPOSIT

Your deposit will be credited for your appointment and will be deducted from your final invoice. Please provide us with 72 hours notice if you are unable to attend your booking, or you will forfeit your deposit.

All booking deposits are STRICTLY non-refundable and non transferable between clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients are required to give a minimum of 72 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a booking. The deposit paid is non refundable and can be used towards a future booking within 3 years from the date paid. 

If you wish to cancel a booking for whatever reason then please note that your deposit paid is strictly non refundable. This is outlined in the booking terms which you agree to when you book online. 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will only be transferred if we have the required amount of notice. Less than 72 (business hours) notice to reschedule your appointment will result in losing your deposit and a new deposit will need to be made upon rescheduling.

No shows will result in full treatment cost being paid before being able to book any future treatments.

LATE ARRIVAL

Please make sure you are on time for your appointment. You will need to complete a consent form and be pre numbed up for your comfort. We want to make sure you have time to make yourself comfortable before the start of your appointment. Parking can get busy at certain times of the day especially on weekends, please give yourself extra time for parking. If you are late it will compromise the amount of time the artist has to spend on your procedure, which in turn compromises your results. 

In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be cancelled and incur an additional charge of 50% of the balance of your service total.

CLIENT-ONLY IN THE PROCEDURE ROOM

Though a friend or family may accompany you to your appointment, we ask for them to not sit-in on your procedure. It is important the technician is able to have their full focus on you, the client. Friends and family can be a distraction for both yourself and the technician.
